Yael Harari received her law degree (LL.B., 1998) from The Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, where she also received her B.A. in Business Administration in 1999. Yael received her M.A. in International Relations from the University of Florida in 2006. Yael has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999 and a member of the New York State Bar Association since 2001.
Yael worked for several Israeli law firms, where she specialized in different legal fields such as civil and commercial litigation, banking, labor law and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Naomi Assia & Co. Law firm, Yael practiced law in the corporate group of Olshan, Grundman, frome, Rosenzeig & Wolosky LLP in Manhattan. As part of Olshan's corporate group, Yael participated in numerous kinds of transactions and securities matters and focused on securities law, including equity and debt offerings, SEC reporting requirements and regulations (including Section 16 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934). Yael also represented public companies on a day-to-day basis, advising them on corporate governance and securities law issues.
